Pretty good food, poor service
I've been here twice now, and both times i'm astonished at how rude the service is! Every time we ordered or asked a question the waitress would look at us as if we were inconveniencing her with our questions! She did not smile once or check up on us after we got our food. It almost seemed like she was vengeful! both times! So bizarre because this restaurant is definitely not good enough to have snooty service.

it wasnt that good
food was pretty good. i went for restaurant week and the flan was amazing. however, the bread that we got was really hard and seemed stale. also, the basil in the mozzerella salad that i ordered was crispy... huh? my friend and i were sitting outside and the door kept banging into my chair! ugh. the service was okay, but seemed really choppy. i dont think i'd ever go again

Avoid.
Did not enjoy it at all. Seemed like all the employees spent most of their time up at the bar chatting with three people there and smiling vs. tending to the customers. Meat on their signature entree was flavorless. Especially disappointing as the menu states the dish is "marinated for 24 hours" but clearly was not as we ate it very rare and there was absolutely no evidence of flavors/seasoning in the meat, just some thyme lopped on top of it. Have eaten my fair share of Argentinean food and this rates as worst to-date experience from an atmosphere, food and service level. Finally, substantially overpriced for the quality of the offerings. Avoid.

Very good!
I've been here twice; once for lunch and once for brunch. Both experiences were great. Empanadas are delicious and we were very happy at brunch when as part of our meal we were able to order the soup even though it wasn't on the menu. Huge portions, tasty food and good service. Will def be back!

Quite an experience!
The service was exemplary, the food exquisite, and the experience one of the most enjoyable I have had in a long time!

This time.....disappointed
I've been to Industria about 5 or 6 times and will think twice before going again. On a Friday night we got there at about 9:30 and even though we didn't have reservations, were seated right away after the hostess gave us the "you don't have reservations look". It was nice to see that the restaurant was nice and full. The waitress started out by rushing us. She took our drink order soon as we sat down & when she brought the drinks, she wanted our dinner and wine order. She seemed upset when I asked that she give us a few minutes. It wasn't until she realized that business was dwindling, did she let us relax. I ordered the Bife de Chorizo and both the steak knife was dull and the meat was tough. When I told the staff my steak was tough, they took another knife from the next table and placed it in front of me. Slightly better, but the steak was still tough. Dessert was good.......Panqueques! By the way, the music is supposed to be in the background and not front and center.

subpar experience
food quality was very poor. meat was red rare for a medium well order. steaks were tough not easy to chew . service was poor. and then they had the nerve to add on 20%gratuity on a party of 5 for food , wine and drinks. overall value was poor.
