Excellent Indian food and atmosphere
Good spicing, fresh herbs, food hot but still maintains individual tastes. Will go back many more times. Clean, pleasant atmosphere and attentive service. Nice bar if you have to wait. (When was the last time you could say that about an Indian restaurant?) Alu chat delicious. Loved it all.

Fantastic!
I am Indian and can honestly tell you that this is the best Indian restaurant on the UWS. Most authentic Chicken Tikka Masala -- but everything is really good. Enjoy!

Great food, great service!
Some of the best Indian food I've had in the City. The service was impeccable and pleasant. The presentation of the food and drink just added to delicious-ness. Even ordering take-out is a pleasant experience! Highly recommend.

Awesome Indian
Indian is one of my favorite cuisines and I've tried it all over the US and Europe. This is definitely one of the better Indian restaurants I've tried in the past few years. Service was really attentive and fast. So fortunate this restaurant is within walking distance of my apt! I plan on being a regular. Highly recommend!

Home Delivery
Note: Service/Atmosphere was given high marks because they delivered so quickly. The food was really hot and the samosas didnt have a chance to get steamed or soggy. They must have thrown them in at the very last second. I have never been to the resteraunt but am planning to go next time I am in the neighborhood.

Great place
The food at Indus Valley is definitely the best in the Upper West Side. The service is great, the restaurant is tastefully decorated, and the hours are good. The only complaint that I have is that delivery takes a while - anywhere between 30 and 60 minutes. But it's worth the wait.

Great Food
Some of the best Indian food I had in Manhattan. The service was great, I was severed with a smile. Compared to a lot of other Indian restaurants the vaule was good.
