Poor Service
We visited Ny and we were recommended this restaurant by our friends from the upperwest side, but a great disappointment. The chicken tikka Masala was cold when brought on the table and it tasted like custard and we told the server about it but he didnt seem to understand what we said. Bhuna ghost was very sweet and i think they dont know what bhuna ghost means. It was busy the servers didn't know what was happening, the manager was busy on the telephone and didnt seem to care. We would never recommend this place to anyone in the future.

Watered down version of Indian food
The Curry Chicken didn't have much Curry taste to it. The Tandoori Chicken wasn't Tandoori enough. The Crab Tikki did not have a hint of any type of Indian spice or ingredient. The Chicken Samosa was average if that's what chicken samosa is supposed to be. I liked the lemonade, though next time I'll ask for a shot of Tequila to go with it.

Great experience!
Went here with my gf. She loves Indian food, me..not so much. I must say this is the best Indian food we've ever had. We went with the Tandoory vegetables and Lamb Vindaloo. All the food was delicious. Value is great anywhere, let alone Manhattan. Atmosphere is very nice. A little slow on service when we 1st came in but overall very good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

So good!
Best Indian food in the neighborhood. The chick peas are so flavorful. It's a little pricier than Indian Cafe, and they don't have a great takeout deal like Aangan, but the food is the best.
