Best Chicken '65
The food was very tasty, I loved chicken 65, I ate this in India but this is totally different from that. I never had this taste before.

Bland food
The food is generally very spicy and fairly tasteless otherwise. I am Indian and I know what Indo Chinese food is supposed to taste like.

Great south Indian Food
I have eaten indo munch twice, the food is very great and the service is good Food is authentic and tastes great. This Indo munch is the best Indian restaurant in the city.

Good Food
I went to this place with my husband, one of my friend recommented this place. The 65 was so good. I think there are people did review about this place. I think they order the wrong entree. Next time if you visit this place ask the waiter about their signature dishes. I love this place.

Outstanding a la carte, abysmal buffet
I have been to this place many times for dinner and a la carte lunches at the weekend. The food has always been outstanding, capturing the real taste of Indian-Chinese, without the attitude of some of the other Manhattan places offering the same fare (eg a couple of blocks down from this place). However, I have to say, I was hugely disappointed by the lunch buffet. Tried it the other day - flavourless rice, dry noodles that are the equivalent of what I make at home in the microwave, and a very bland entree - nothing like the standard they offer from the menu. The service was also really poor. No water (I had to ask for it twice - is this the way to try and get people to order over-priced drinks?), no check-ins during the meal, then rounding up when bringing back the change and reminding me that tip was not included. Not impressed. I will still go back, as I love the menu, but luky for them my impressions were not based on the buffet experience.

Excellent Buffet
I was walking infront of this restaurant. I saw this lunch buffet for $7.99. I Love indian chinese food. This is the only place I saw buffet for indian chinese food. I tried and it is really good. appetizer, two main entrees, noodle, rice and dessert. I highly recommend this place for lunch.

OK food, priced too high...
I ordered takeout, so please don't pay attention to my scores for atmosphere and service, these were required to post a review. I paid over $16 for a decent tasting but tiny portion of soup, four small rubbery dumplings and diet coke. I hoped the high cost meant a taste treat, but my food was no better than standard takeout Chinese at twice the price for half the food. Bummer!
