Baladin Nora piozo, italy. made with kamut grain from egypt, flavored with ginger and myrrh. aroma is spicy and citrusy, with notes of raw ginger and zesty lemon, hints of apricots. lemony spicy flavors, medium bodied, fine carbonation lightens the mouthfeel. finish is lightly tart and very dry.

Saison Dupont Vieille Provision tourpes-leuze, belgium. a classic belgian farmhouse ale. a beautifully balanced, complex beer that has a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. it is bottled unfiltered so it may be cloudy or have a slight sediment but this is normal and perfectly natural.

Riff Pinot Grigio 2011. Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy very fine, fruity (apples, peaches), forward varietal aroma. riff is german for "reef" and refers to the vineyard's geologic origin, which was once at the bottom of an ancient sea.
Laurant Miguel Nord Sud Viognier 2010. Languedoc, France this is a deliciously perfumed opulent wine with characteristic aromas of white flowers and 'peche de vigne'. on the palate it is surprisingly elegant with delicate apricot and orange blossom but also some citrus character.
Shooting Star Sauvignon Blanc 2010, California a lovely nose of lime, gooseberry, honeydew, and fresh fig aromas greets the senses. mellon, gooseberry, and grapefruit flavors meld with suggestions of candied banana and dried figs. a vibrant acidity gives the wine plenty of life but in no way overpowers the fruit.
I Versi Bianco 2010. Sicily, Italy dry with fresh ripe passion fruit and lime, with hints of cucumber and toasted almonds on the finish.
