Impressed
I love this deli. The night guy knows exactly what he's doing he makes the best food overall I would go to no other place than this.

A Convenient Deli
I live at Rivergate and we appreciate a 24 hour Deli on the premises that will deliver hot food every day. The staff is great and very friendly, and the people who work at NYU Hospital enjoy the outdoor cafe and daily specials. There is a quiet place to relax in the back and eat or just use it for business meetings. The daily specials are good and Frank, Alex, Jay, and all the guys work hard to put out hot meals that are fresh. The beef stew is the best in town on Thursday. The baked chicken is good and their sandwiches are very good, along with paninnis. The prices are high like all small Delis, but they could not survive if the don't charge a little more for the convenience.

Overpriced, Past Expiration Dates
Whoever wrote below me is dead on. Only go there when I have no feasible choice i.e the weather and I'm lazy/ hungry. Bought cottage cheese there twice and it was sour. Mark-up seems ridiculous and deli/ "fresh" foods are nothing special. Survives solely as a matter of convenience.

Overpriced and nothing special
I only go to this deli when i absolutely have to because I live in the building and it's way too late/cold at night to go anywhere farther than 10 feet away. The sandwiches are often dry and aren't worth the money they charge you. In fact, everything in this joint is overpriced. A small redbull goes for about 4 bucks - ain't that a bargain?

Good, convenient food
It's a regular deli, but it has a great variety - pretty much any type of thing you could want from a deli, friendly service, tasty and fresh food, clean, and a very good variety of grocery and convenience items - including a small produce section. (Seriously, I've seen much worse selections from places that claim to be groceries. And this place calls itself a deli.) I think it's a little pricier than most places in Manhattan for what you get, and it's a still a deli, so nothing too unusual that you can't anywhere else. But if you live/work in the area, it's definitely a great place to keep in mind - 24 hours!

A great deli
Overall, the Impress Deli is great. People are friendly, the food is good, and they never run out of anything. Maybe it is a little overpriced, but you get what you pay for; the deli is very clean and the food is excellent and of high quality. They do a great business because they are next to a high-rise condo building and NYU Hospital, but this deli is truly addictive and definitely worth paying a little more than average for. The outdoor seating is great on a nice day, and makes the deli even better. Keep it up, Impress Deli!
