Poor Service, Dirty Dishes
Pizza was good, salad was drowning in balsamic vinegar, artichokes came out 40 minutes later... I had to ask for napkins and straws three times. Finally I walked to the waiters' station and grabbed some myself. Too bad there were no plates there, so I had to ask for one, only twice though. Glasses, forks & plates were not clean. We had to brush the crumbs of the chairs before sitting down. The table was greasy. Carpeted floors... Let's not talk about them. 18% tip calculated on the post tax amount was much more than was deserved for the service received. Will not be going back.

Awesomely delicious
After hearing about Ignazio's and being a pizza freak, I decided I had to get there and try it. I cannot believe that this hidden gem is close to where I work and not far from my home, lucky me. First the stuffed mushrooms. They were insane. They tasted like my italian nonna's.. then the meatballs.. If you are italian, you never order meatballs out.. We were tempted and tried them. I brought an extra order home. they were fabulous. The bread they give you with them too was homemade and if I didn't have to save room for pizza, I would have eaten a loaf. Now, the finale... This pizza is one of the best I have had.. EVER! The crust was perfectly cooked and crispy. The sauce was mouth-watering and the mozz was devine. The shrimp pizza had huge pieces of shrimp perfectly cooked with applewood bacon, something I ordinarily wouldn't eat, but once tasted, I almost couldn't stop. The Sicilian pie was absolutely phenomenal.. What a crust..

Great Pricey Pizza
We've only ordered delivery from Ignazio's and have never been disappointed. The pizza is excellent, especially the crunchy and very tasty crust. We would oreder more often if it wasn't so very expensive, but still order occasionally when we can afford to spend $35 ($40 including tip) on a pizza pie. We've never had an issue with service on deliveries.

Really enjoyed the pizza
We ate here today. We are holidaying in Manhattan and decided to take a look around Brooklyn. Walked past the queue of about 50 people at Grimaldi's waiting in line is not our idea of fun at any time but with the temperature at -2.7C we did not even consider it. Ignazio's has a great location and the view from our table was awesome. We ordered 'The Pizza' with pepporoni and it was very good if a little oily. Service was friendly and prompt. Would go here again.

Under the bridge
Good pizza without crazy lines or prices. Found directly under the BK bridge so you couldn't ask for better location. Wine glasses are too cute! Definitely recommended

good pizza, but only at the restaurant
Bottom line: do not order delivery from this restaurant. Once they were great: I could expect a crisp pizza even with a meat topping. However, after ordering the meatball pizza on a saturday night, we received the most soggy pizza I had ever seen. It was so sodden with grease, it was impossible to eat because it fell apart as soon as I picked up the slice. We sent the pizza back, assured we would get a better pizza delivered. The person on the phone said that the offensive pizza was made by the owner and that he remembered it may have sat there too long (and he sent it out because...?) We waited hungrily only to get another pizza even more greasy and inedible than the previous one. Looking at the bottom of the crust--it was very light and undercooked.Too hungry and annoyed to bother, we ate what we could of it. Don't get me wrong: this pizza is fantastic, and one of the few places that does a great moist and flavorful meatball on top of a pizza. But make your money worth it go to the restaurant. Or, go somewhere else. There are plenty of pizza places, and Ignazio's better shape up, or they'll be left in Grimaldi's dust.

Great pizza but not so good service.
Although the pizza here is delicious regardless of what it cost ( I don't complain when food is good but a little pricey). Like everyone else has said here the service is not on point. I'm not sure if the owner has family members working here or people who don't care but he needs to get it together. When I ate here with my boyfriend we got our pizzas which we were very happy with but had to practically wait 10 minutes for a refill on our drink. After we were done we had to wait another 10 minutes for the check because our waitress was too busy hula hooping (literally) in an empty area it was fun to watch but in all reality the service needs to step up because the food here is great!
