It was packed on 2/24 when we went (who knew people wanted to go out to brunch at 1 p.m. on a Sunday?) so it took a while to get a table. Once seated, the service was brisk and efficient. Condiments such as sugar, salt and pepper had to be asked for, but were delivered promptly. The coffee is amazing and stayed full. I had the pork hash and fried eggs. My dining partner had the French toast. Both were excellent. Portions aren't as big as at some brunch places, but it was nice to be able to walk out of there under our own power. Definitely not too small.

We just had brunch there and I have to say it was the worst restaraunt experience i have ever had. We arrived at 3:30 and were rudely told that the kitchen was closing in twenty minutes. We ordered promptly but it was clear that it was a huge annoyance to the staff that we were there.When our food arrived my steak was overdone and my eggs were improperly cooked not that big of a deal and I would have let our server know if she had bothered checking on us...but instead she had someone else come over and ask us to pay.I worked in the hospitality industry forever and was appalled with the way that we were treated. Between the attitude and lack of service the food would have had to be extremely good to ever go back.There is nothing worse than patroning a place to be treated poorly by the staff.

I had heard and read good reviews about this place and decided to try it out for myself. I ordered lamb however the waitress did not ask me how I wanted it cooked. When my lamb came back rare I told her I want it well done. Lo and behold the meat comes back BURNT. I do not know in what restaurant well done equals burnt. I also ordered a juice and this was watered down, even the color was light. I would not recommend this place. And, the place was cold in the middle of winter.

Everytime we eat at iCi we are delighted. The service is always good as is the food and atmoshphere. Its cozy in the winter with a fireplace and really nice in the garden in the summer. The scate is awsome. I have never been disapointed. This isn't the midwest eating out can be expensive.

Was blown away by my experience here tonight. Awesome steak paired with a great red wine (wines by the glass are a tad overpriced). Friends got the duck which, while not a huge duck fan, I also enjoyed. Great service, great atmosphere and a wonderful smelling wood oven stove make this place a keeper.

The three of us had a terrific lunch, but @ $80.00 (incl. approx. an 18% gratuity), it was just a little outrageous. NO wine... this was brunch - coffee/tea time. Someone should really revisit the pricing, or I'm afraid this really good small restaurant won't make it. What a shame that would be.....
