Best Ramin in the East Village
This spot is not as well known as the other ramen restaurants in this neighborhood but the value for quality cannot be beat. The broth was not too salty and the ingredients were just right. The pork was very tender. Although the place is not the prettiest, you can sit at the counter by the window and watch the people go by while enjoying a yummy bowl of Shoyu Ramen.
