4.5 stars? Really?
Lettuce in your tempura rolls? YUK The food could be good, but ultimately it's second rate. If your office is ordering go ahead and join in, but if you have a choice go elsewhere. The fish is fresh and quality is acceptable but in NYC that aint saying much.

Good, Convenient Sushi
Two friends and I visited before a Liberty game at the Garden. Modest but clean decor. The sushi was fresh and good quality and our reactions are limited to the sushi and salad. Interestingly the ginger dressing on the salads seemed to be a bit different (and better) than the generic ginger dressings usually served. I'd go again if i was in the neighborhood. Nothing special, but very good food, decent prices and friendly staff.

how has this place not been reviewed yet? it's GREAT
EXCELLENT lunch spot. their lunch boxes (bento) for 7.35 are on point, they use great meat, good cuts, not fatty at all. their sushi lunch special for 7.35 is also an amazing deal -- they use REAL AVOCADO, not notacado like kiku (i'm a californian avocado snob), their miso soup is great and their salads are deliiiicious. the peanut miso dressing is delish. the service is super efficient, the main waitress is sweet & really attentive, and the decor is cute too. honestly i would have rated the atmosphere less but the near-constant shaking and rumbling of the trains coming from penn station underneath is hilariously kitschy for this area and i dig it. go ichiban! i love you!
