Hurley's was great
We stopped after seeing a show and had dinner. It was one of our best finds. The Lobster Bisque is to die for; that is it was the best. Our meals were perfect. Well presented, well prepared , and very tasty. We had a wonderful meal and the environment was great also.

Won't Return
Visit was on a Sunday, 11/14 after theatre. Only three tables upstairs were occupied. Sat in the window seat which was nice. Downhill from there. Waitress got the drink order wrong. Then the entrees were wrong for two of us. Strip steak instead of tenderloin. Food quality was average, service was painfully slow for such a quiet night. Drink service equally slow. If it had been a busy night we probably would have missed the train.

I will come back!
Hurley's was recommended by a friend who had gone there several times. I went for the first time on 8/4/04 after a show and I was EXTREMELY impressed! Excellent food! Very attentive but unrushed service! Beautiful ambiance. This place is a real "find" and I know I will return!

What a great place
My wife and I had a late dinner on July 29, 04. Service was extremely friendly. We were not rushed and servers tended to us when necessary, rarely interrupting our conversation. Food was terrific and the table upstairs by the front window was great for romance as well as people watching. Great value for New York. Will most definitely return!

Lovely Restaurant
My boyfriend and I just found this place accidentally as we were walking around the theater district. It's wonderful! Lots of old charm, great and helpful waitstaff. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely. The enclosed booths are particularly lovely.

Great Food! Great Service!
Our group of 40 people ate at three popular NYC restaurants and Hurley's was by far their favorite. We'll be back!

You are welcome here
We like to go to Hurley's after a matinee or before an evening show and eat upstairs. If you are lucky, you can get a front table overlooking the street. Otherwise, you are in a wonderfully private booth where you are not disturbed by the conversation of the other guests. The service is with a smile....more than a smile. You feel welcome and as though you are being served in someone's home. The food is good and nicely prepared. Try it !
