Hunan

Long story short, the waiter was a total ditz, my sister's egg roll was room temperature but she was so hungry she ate it, it was the first thing to come out. Then her soup came and it was cold, so we brought it to the waiter's attention after he was done taking another table's order which took way too long. His response, "Do you want me to warm it up?" Anyways, ten minutes later my soup came out, it was alright but at least it was hot. The restaurant was basically empty, why so long? Finally the main dish came out, maybe 15 minutes after that and I asked the waiter for hot sauce, it never came. Meanwhile the next table over asked for hot sauce and he got it right away. I kept quiet and decided his tip would reflect the service but the bill came with a mandatory 18 percent tip, I was furious. I disputed it with the manager, he took off a few points. I was still feeling upset so I took all the mint candies. It's petty but it made me feel better. I'm not ruling out ever eating there again but it won't be soon.

I've always loved Chinese food, this by far is the best! Food is delicious, price is reasonable and staff is great!

Very noisy patrons, children allowed to run around, with parents yelling at them from their table. The staff did nothing, made the other patrons feel it was not our place to comment. Turns out it was a friend of the Manager. Service was very poor, had to wait for the waiter to return though the restaurant was practically empty. Food was tasteless unless you like sugar and salt. I would never return

All the food was delicious! I highly recommend the crispy combo and string beans! What a meal

Treated my son to Hunan for lunch today. Delivery was so fast, food was fresh hot and amazingly delicious!!! Was very pleasantly surprised...No more going all the way to Flatbush Ave we are now huge Hunan fans!!

Best chinese food in Brooklyn. Don't try other places... Try this guy

This place is a gem - the service is superb, the decor is classy with tables covered with white tablecloths, the food is fresh and tasty. Our family uses this place for all family events - thank you guys for all of your hard work!
