    Do not order sweet and sour chicken

    Disappointing. Chicken looked more like fried chicken than what you would expect of a traditional sweet and sour chicken dish.

    Won't Be Re-Ordering

    They took over 40 mins to deliver. The scallion pancakes are fat doughy not cooked fully! The fried rice was bland. The shrimp were okay, i had better. The eggroll was chewy and greasy. This place will not get any more orders from me. Nor will i recommend this place

    Not recommended for dine-in

    Usually order for delivery , but recently sat down here to eat. The first aroma in this spot was smelly rug and from thereon I couldn't smell anything else. They obviously do not care about the few people that pop in to eat, most money made from takeout or delivery. They should remodel or shut down the seating area . The spot is not so big that they can't keep the rug clean. Food was just OK as well. They really fell off.

    My go to sushi place

    I used to live on the west side and ordered from here twice a week. I have never once had a piece of fish that tasted less than fresh. The sushi is always great and better than your average sushi hole in the wall. Its nothing fancy and i wouldnt dine in, but for take out, this is my go to sushi place, always delivering great value, good food, and they deliver to me on 2nd avenue in the 80's in less than 1 hr of ordering! (sometimes even 1/2 hr!)

    I was astonished, really. Well first of all, when i called, the woman who picked up barely whispered, i could hardly understand a word she said and she seemed to feel the same way. nonetheless, i went ahead and placed my order, which she repeated back to me several times (is it really so strange to just order chicken fried rice?), and then she just garbled something (i think perhaps the total cost) and slammed down the phone. is this how you treat a paying customer? i don't think so...

    The last time

    We are sorry to say this is the last time we will order from hunan park II. The saga is too long to go into; suffice it to say that cold food arrived nearly 2 hours after original order, after five phone calls, two of which were in chinese from the delivery person who (apparently) wanted us to come downstairs but who didn't understand me nor i him, and three of which were to the restaurant dispatch person. many events in here but ultimately, the restaurant decided to cancel the order rather than to make good on it, and about 10 minutes later, the same order arrived cold and inedible. it was sent back. now there is a very angry delivery person and two former customers left in the wake. the food there was never the draw; it was a convenience. we then ordered from another restaurant. The food arrived in 15 minutes, piping hot and fresh, from twice as far away. you be the judge....

    Deliveyr issues

    I ordered delivery from here. It was fast, I was impressed. When I opened my order, my drink was missing. No problem, everyone makes mistakes. I called the restaurant, the woman was very annoyed and said she would give me credit. I declined, I really wanted my drink with my meal. Well, it's been 45 minutes and it has yet to arrive. Also, the delivery guy was on his phone when he got here and acted like he didn't have time for me. Too bad, because the prices are pretty good.
