Really?
I was astonished, really. Well first of all, when i called, the woman who picked up barely whispered, i could hardly understand a word she said and she seemed to feel the same way. nonetheless, i went ahead and placed my order, which she repeated back to me several times (is it really so strange to just order chicken fried rice?), and then she just garbled something (i think perhaps the total cost) and slammed down the phone. is this how you treat a paying customer? i don't think so...

The last time
We are sorry to say this is the last time we will order from hunan park II. The saga is too long to go into; suffice it to say that cold food arrived nearly 2 hours after original order, after five phone calls, two of which were in chinese from the delivery person who (apparently) wanted us to come downstairs but who didn't understand me nor i him, and three of which were to the restaurant dispatch person. many events in here but ultimately, the restaurant decided to cancel the order rather than to make good on it, and about 10 minutes later, the same order arrived cold and inedible. it was sent back. now there is a very angry delivery person and two former customers left in the wake. the food there was never the draw; it was a convenience. we then ordered from another restaurant. The food arrived in 15 minutes, piping hot and fresh, from twice as far away. you be the judge....

Deliveyr issues
I ordered delivery from here. It was fast, I was impressed. When I opened my order, my drink was missing. No problem, everyone makes mistakes. I called the restaurant, the woman was very annoyed and said she would give me credit. I declined, I really wanted my drink with my meal. Well, it's been 45 minutes and it has yet to arrive. Also, the delivery guy was on his phone when he got here and acted like he didn't have time for me. Too bad, because the prices are pretty good.

good take out
I always get take out from this place. I love their sushi (especially the lunch menu which is a GREAT value). Seems like they are pretty busy since the women that answers the phone is always in a rush. I've order a few Chinese dishes as well that I was very happy with.

Downhill like a rollercoaster
I've been going to this place since the 80's. Just ordered from here for the very LAST time. I've seen it go downhill but today was the last straw. They've been getting worse and using cheaper ingredients but today took the cake. I bit into the General Tso's Chicken and it was 90% batter. Ate 2 pieces and threw the rest away. Felt like I was eating fried batter in sauce, nasty. I cut down my orders to only once a month for old times sake, but that's over. This place is terrible in every sense. Bad tasting food and small portions. Has neither taste nor value.

gone downhill
it's true - ever since this establishment was taken over by the 'next generation' food & especially sevice & attitude has really gone downhill. If anyone from this restaurant reads this they should take note - as many reviewers are saying the same thing.
