A nice alternative
I have eaten here several times and I have always found the food to be consistently good. It is very good diner food and that's great for our WaHi neighborhood. The portions are substantial and I can usually take 1/2 the wrap home with me for lunch the next day. I have found the help to be nice, but let's face it...this is not a five star restaurant. Again...its just very, very good diner food. You can't beat that !!!

Nice service, solid food, but a little pricey...
We were really happy to have a decent diner go up in the place of the complete s#$%hole that was there before! The service is always friendly, and the breakfast is very good...wraps and burgers are also good, and they do aim to please there. It is a little expensive for the neighborhood, but I am sure that they are still paying off the loans they had to take out to GUT that place!! Nice addition to the neighborhood though..

over priced w/ blah service
i have just read a few reviews that were posted and agree almost totally with all of them. the service can be good, but that is only once in a while. usually it takes forever for the servers to even notice you are there or waiting for something. the food is very over priced. and yes, most times you get tons of food, but who needs all of that. i prefer quality over quantity. also, the male wait staff leer at the women, constantly. not cool.

Bland, overpriced food
The food here is mostly bland, sometimes almost tasteless. Even the omelets seem to go through a taste-removing station before being served. Most menu items are overpriced, though the lunch specials, including a bowl of soup, sandwich, and side, and a beverage are a good deal--in fact, there is too much to eat. As for service, I've sometimes waited almost ten minutes before a waiter arrives to take the order. During my last visit, I waited 35 minutes between ordering and having the order served--and the diner had empty seats.

Great diner, a bit pricey
The location is convenient, the premises are clean, it’s pleasant to dine in here & the friendly staff is accommodating. Nice variety of menu choices. Most of the food here is great though there are some inconsistencies – the beef & bison burgers, all the breakfast choices & most of the sandwiches/salads are absolutely tasty & fresh (the Santorini chicken wrap is a FAVE), but the veggie burger & salmon wrap were “eh.” One time I got the hot roasted turkey sandwich, I had enough food for like my next 2.5 meals because the sizeable sandwich also comes w/ soup or salad, potato AND veggies, it was all delicious! Yes, it’s a bit pricey here, but it’s worth it for the occasional meal. Definitely fills a void in the ’hood, I hope they stick around!

decent food at best
the delivery is reliable and the food is mediocre. just regular diner food, nothing special. it is very overpriced though. not just for this area, for any area. it makes it not worth it. be very choosy with what you get here because the prices can be crazy. and the menu price is not always the price they charge you.
