Stumbled upon this gem the other day on accident. Was looking for something like my favorite place back home and decided to try a random "Houston" restaurant. Sure glad I did! Excellent food and wonderful service! Ill definetly be back.

The food here is delicious. It is a bit on the pricey side, but this is midtown Manhattan so you get what you pay for when it comes to location and ambiance. I think the BYOB makes this one of my favorite places in the city--if you can bring your own wine then it totally offsets the price of the food. Definitely a good experience.

I am a huge fan of the Hillstone chain and have been to many of their restaurants in various cities- all incredible. This particular one though has started to fall short of my high expectations for the chain. Have had some questionable cuts of meat lately and found the service to be slightly under par. Still very good compared to other restaurants but I expect more from any Houston's/Hillstone.

I cannot believe that this restaurant charges for bread. This is unbelievable. Houstons never charged.

I will have to be honest, I didn't realize the name changed until about a month after I went when I was going through receipts. I was like, what is this Hillstone place and why don't I remember going there? And why change the name? What's wrong with Houston's? To me the ribs tasted the same as ever and my friend got the French Dip which was really good too. The only complaint I have is that at the ones in NYC put all the topings on the burger for you. I like to choose what and how much of the condements put on it. They definitely don't do that at the Palm Beach Grill (Houston's).
