Great Ryebread
Unusually good seeded rye, with chewy crust. The baked salmon salad on rye is wonderful--and enough for two. For those hungry souls headed to the 86th st subway, try the pecan danish.

moving house
Hi. Im still up at 2am unpacking boxes in a new neighborhood. Realised i hadnt eaten for a couple of days, dont know local diners. Found h&c on seamless. THANK GOD!! Unbelievably fresh. (For this time of day) . So glad i found you and looking forward to many more orders!!!

Customer service is amazing
I'm always late to go to work and my boss makes me buy some breakfast before I enter.. I ordered 3 bacon egg and cheese's a couple croissants and some coffee's and I was out of there in like five minutes! I absolutely LOVE this place! There so fast! It's amazing!

My favorite store in the neighbourhood
I shop from Hot & Crusty couple of times a week. I`m always happy with the service and the quality of their food. And the prices are very reasonable for the neighbourhood. Their croissants and their cakes are unbeatable.

Hot & Crusty, not so trusty
We stopped ordering from this local place because the prices differed all the time. Our co-worker was overcharged several times for basic stuff. Although the food is decent and the service timely, the value is somewhat lacking, in large part due to inconsistent pricing.

The food is without a doubt the best food I have had for breakfast ever! The pasteries are fantatic! I LOVE all of the food. Try everything! I cannot wait until the next time I go there. It is always great. (I go every other day).

Inedible veggie burger! Won't go back for food.
Combined with stale onions (which I removed) the "veggie burger" (if you can even call it that) tasted very sweet as if could have been mixed in with a dessert. I had to throw it away. This place is known for its desserts but I will stay away from the food from now on. Service seemed overworked and reluctant also.
