Love this place
Clean. Great staff, they're friendly. Good food for the price. Excellent brick oven cooked pizza. Love this place.

Out of Towners
I researched menupages before we went to New York and I'm glad I did. The french toast was the best I ever had!! Everyone ordered something different and no one was disappointed. Great Food and Great Prices. We ate there twice in four days.

Pizza ok if you're really hungry
I've had breakfast here, during the week, and the usual egg on a roll, coffee and juice are fine. Staff is always pleasant and the atmosphere is a notch above a Subway restaurant. We ordered a pizza today and it wasn't anything to write about... well, maybe. Just to warn you that it was very mediocre according to NYC standards. A little greasy and not much flavor in the sauce. This area needs a "Two Boots". Now that's good pizza.

Always Great
We order take out from Hot & Crusty at least once a week. We always receive the order quickly and the food is always fresh. The person taking the order is always friendly. The salads are great- love the variety. This is our one stop shop.

My entire order was wrong
This is my first time ordering, but it will also be my last. They got everything wrong in my tiny order - adding unwanted and unasked-for tomatoes to my egg and cheese bagel, making it a sloppy mess. And I asked for milk in my coffee, which arrived black. And it took almost 40 minutes to come the 3 blocks to my apartment. Still sitting here with half-uneaten food and black coffee, thinking about who to order from next for my actual breakfast since this was such a bust.

Great Neighborhood Place!
The food is always great and fresh. We order a couple of times a week and the delivery is fast. When we go to the store ourselves the service is always great and servers friendly! Love this place and by the lines we wait on, we are not the only ones.

Decent place
The food here is fine. It's one of the better places in the neighborhood at 4am, wouldn't take anything else.
