bad service
They need workers able to understand there costumers. Not ones that dont understand english

Hot and crusty describes the service.
Food pretty good. Lots of variety. Soup Nazi would fit in great here.

Great food, cheap!
We ate here before going to a show. We got linguine with alfredo sauce & broccoli, a slice of bacon & tomato pizza, and tierramissu. It was delicious. The bill with sodas was lees than $20 and the owner even gave us some delicious fresh bread with the meal. The counter staff were docile, but the food was great!

Cheats
I ordered a bagel with lox cream cheese. The menu board says it costs $3.39. They charged me $3.99, saying the menu board is wrong, and handed me another menu.

It's ok
I think it's overpriced, sometimes rude but good to grab something quick to eat. Great bread and multigrain bagels.

Great breakfast! Darn good bakery/deli!
My wife and I visited NYC on vacation for 8 days! This place is a great little bakery/deli. We ended up eating here nearly every morning.

Great local eatery with great variey and good value. BLD, Chicken wrap was great!
