Yes things happen and my order arrived late , however it also came with a refund slip , without me asking the whole order was refunded back to my charge and the delivery man refused to take a tip! now that is service not to mention the best quality chinese food since the spot on 17th and 8th closed in the early 90's

in addition to my food arriving 45 mins to 1 hour after I ordered. I had a black mushroom and tofu dish, where my tofu was sour (which means it had gone bad). They also give only one carton of rice for 2 orders, which I don't understand. Rice is usually the cheapest thing to make and they are stingy about it. All the chinese places I ordered from give you 1 carton of rice per order. This is the first and last time I will order from here.

sushi was good, but we still seem to get more/slightly better at monster. not bad, and everything was fresh and tasty. we got: - spider roll - white tuna - eel - octopus - fluke. delivery took over an hour after 1/2 hour was quoted, but it's tough to fault them on oscar nite.

I recently moved to the Chelsea area and came across Hong Kong while randomly sifting through menus. Since that time, I've become a regular customer. I've consistently found the food to be first-rate and the delivery to be prompt. The prices are pretty good as well. Try the Dragon Meets Phoenix, that shrimp's got quite the kick. The restaurant itself is clean with the generic Chinese restaurant look to it. Probably a better option for delivery than a sit-down meal. Anyways, food is still fantastic. Highly recommended.

Wow...the sushi is delicious, the shrimp tempura is my favorite and it's great value for the price. And the general tso chicken is the best I've ever had...it's so crispy and fresh, but it's usually best during lunchtime, like around 2-4 p.m. Definitely worth a try!

The sushi at Hong Kong is fresh, tasty, well made and reasonably priced. I work in the neighborhood but live in Queens and I bring home sushi from this place several times a week. My 5 year old son is a sushi addict and having it 2 or 3 times a week gets expensive. Lucky for me they're right near the train station (E train)! I've always gotten take out but the service is quick and courteous. The people that are dining in seem pleased as the place usually has a good crowd. I highly recommend!

Their special rolls and sushi are dee-licious! The fish is very fresh and tasty. Their Chinese food is ok. Better than most places, but the thing I like most about it there is the nice, cozy atmosphere. Good place for a cheap date. :]
