Just like Japan
I was shopping with friends when we accidently found this cute little cafe. It reminded me of a cafe in Tokyo, Japan. Especially the service. Excellent! The food was very yummy. Tasted like home cooking. And the coffee was very strong and good. Nothing like Starbucks. Worth the wait. Worth the money.

cozy place
i tried the curry dish, it was excellent. the time of serving is a bit long, but if you are not in a hurry, very nice place to relax and have a nice meal and good coffee.

Great Place!
This is a wonderfully serene and calm place just to relax and have a cup of earl grey tea. The service was great... They were all so sincerely sweet and kind. I would definitely go back again.

Best coffee in New York
This is the only place in New York I have seen using siphon method (a more popular coffee brewing method in Europe and Japan), for around 4 dollars, you get a much much better cup than most coffee shops like starbucks. Another good thing is that you can select the type of bean you like, from Kenya, Kona, to Jamaican Blue mountain, that is a coffee lover's dream. Each cup is freshly ground and brewed, the way coffee should be made. They also have very good English milk tea, English fruit tea (tea brewed with fresh cut fruits), smoothies and etc. Their food are also delicious and unique, like Japanese sandwich, Japanese style curry (a milder curry), Japanese style pasta and etc. If you like coffee, this is definitely the place to try.

The Best Coffee/Tea House in NY
The coffee is amazing! The owner Hiroko (very sweet and pretty) grinds the beans when ordered and she brews it in this chemistry experiment ish thing called siphon. The coffee is fresh and smooth, mild yet strong and extremely yummy! The ambiance of the cafe is very warm and looks kinda like your living room!

A Japanese Cafe
This place is a very nice place to relax. They have very good coffees and teas. The coffees are brewed with a thing called siphon (which I never knew until I learned it there) that makes a coffee you never tasted before. If you're a coffee lover, you must go there. Plus they have Jazz and Classical music to match - the place and the musicians are incredible. The foods are Japanese style "Cafe" foods like spaghetties and currys. I had the hot dogs over there and those were great too.
