The regional ramen are oishi... and you can keep adding noodles if they run out. But the small plates are absolutely delicious. Takoyaki blow Manhattan's renditions way out of the water. Nikuman buns are stuffed with softshell crab or ridiculously tender pork belly. Always ask about specials... like the cold seafood ramen covered with crumbled yuzu jelly that gradually melts over the dish making a citrus glaze. Very special food not being served anywhere else nearby.
