Wild game menu
I've dined at Henry's End several times over several years, but last night was the first time I was able to order from their wild game menu. Dinners before last night's were, frankly, unmemorable; but my kangaroo steak changed that! The difference between my meal last night and prior dinners at Henry's End was profound. That's not to say other items on the menu are not desirable, but my wild game dinner far exceeded anything I've ever had there. I expect that I will return to Henry's End indefinitely,as it is a standard meeting spot for my friends; but I will only order from the wild game menu if it is available. Additionally, the venue is cozy & intimate without feeling cramped; the service is attentive without being pretentious. The wine list is vast, with a wide range of prices. It's a decent place to spend an evening, and the wild game menu turns the quality up a notch.

The best in Brooklyn (or anywhere)!
Henry's End is my favorite restaurant. Everything I've ever tried was good, but my hands down favorite is the Pear, Walnut and Blue Cheese Chicken. The meat is perfectly moist and the brandy sauce is delicious. The waitstaff is very friendly- I have been seeing the same waitress for years, and she's great, which is rare in Brooklyn these days. There's no attitude like you get from some of the new-Brooklyn-we-cure-our-own-pickles type places, where the food doesn't usually live up to the promise.

The best in the Heights
Great vibe, great food. One of the few great food destinations in Brooklyn Heights, of which there are sadly few. Go with the seasonal menu and you really can't go wrong. As reliable as restaurants get, a Brooklyn institution.

An absolute delicious hidden gem. The seasonal menu offers something for everyone and the wine list is outstanding!

Neighborhood best
Always good-never disappoints, Henry's End is a bit cramped but is reliable as the neighborhood's best eatery. Pricey but worth it.

Great Restaurant in Brooklyn Heights
We had dinner there last night and were very pleased. We had steak au poivre, duck with mushrooms and black and white chocolate mousse for dessert, everything was delicious. Service was good and the place is cozy. Menu has lots of interesting options and certainly will return and recommend to my friends.
