    Best on trip

    We visited New York and searched for Hell's Kitchen because of a friend's recommendation. We got there early, 6pm before a show. The Portobella appetizer was fabulous. I has sea bass with plantains and verde sauce, to die for. My husband had wild Salmon. He was pleased and he only eats his Salmon. For those that don't want to sit by the door, make a reservation and get there early. Oh, the price was right for the quality.

    Yummy

    I love their chilean sea bass, their black sea bass and their lamb. The free bean dip with cornbread is pretty yummy too. I go there all the time and am quite happy to return over and over and over....

    Very Good Food

    No chip and dips to start but yummy cornbread with a black bean dip. Shrimp entree great. Halibut entree great. The best Duck I've ever had in my life.

    A very loud room of hard surfaces that smells of grease and dirty water from the bar mats -- you're a success, clean the floor and buy a dehumidifier! Small helpings and big-league prices left me leaving hungry and dissatisfied. $9 small and weak margaritas. And the bill hits the table at 11pm when the kitchen closes without so much as a "do you want dessert or coffee?" Felt like the staff was giving everyone the bum's rush. As for taste, the "steamed fish" somehow showed up dry and with a hard edge and overcooked inside (isn't steaming supposed to prevent that??). The plus side, GREAT mole sauce.

    Pretty Good at a Price

    Very good food - I ordered the lamb and was very satisfied. But it comes at a price, but to me, it was quite worth it.

    Save your money

    Ok, I'm not one to complain but I went to this place the other day and had such a horrendous evening. First of all it was overcrowded, too small, and noisy (oh and if youre lucky enough togo in the winter like me, youll get the added bonus of freezing everytime the door opens to this tiny place) . The food was ok but when did mediocre restaurants believe that they could charge you so much for bird-sized portions??? Ugh, I won't go back if you paid me.

    Crowded with great food

    The food here is wonderfully refreshing for the neighborhood. Definately try the tuna appetizer and shrimp entree. Helpful and friendly staff.
