Oh my god
I trully would recommend you stop in any pizzeria if you are looking for this level of quality, at least NY pizzeria are better at customer service. If you feel like real pasta, go to an italian restaurant. what else? oh, yeah, I didn't even finished my chinese boxed portion. Not sure what to say here. Big money seemed to be put in this soulless concept. No offense but I will buy my $2 pasta sauce at Trader joes and watch a movie from home. Ha Trader joes.

Good for on-the-go, no taste though
Hello Pasta has fast service but the positive qualities ends there. The food is completely bland and, as one of the other reviewers noted, the pasta disintegrates. It comes in small pieces to start with and then crumbles into tiny bits as you put your fork in it. The restaurant is a good concept, but the food needs work. Yes, I realize we're talking about $8-$10 pasta... but there are plenty of restaurants in Manhattan that offer lunch specials at that price that also taste incredible. Hello Pasta is not one of them.

Not Recommended
I had the spaghetti with al funghi sauce. I feel as though I could have made it myself, except better. Nothing was cooked fresh, everything was already cooked and waiting to get compiled. The spaghetti was all chopped up into bite-size pieces. If I wanted small pieces of pasta, I would have gotten tiny macaroni. The sauce itself was run of the mill. I felt like I was eating pasta out of a box with powdered/dehydrated ingrediates that you re-hydrate. Like Kraft Mac and Cheese. Also, the noodles were over-cooked, which also made it un-appetizing.

Very good food, loved it!
Thought the design and everything was very great, very modern light place. Pasta was delicious, great, healthy, lots of vegetarian, vegan and just normal pasta. Loved it, will definitely be visiting often.
