    never again

    Delivery. Food came cold and soggy. They overcharge us for $19.00 and never bring money back. Never call back, never say sorry even. Never going to order from them again.

    have an awkward experience every time I go....

    I have been here around 4 or 5 times and every time I go I'm unhappy. The food takes so long to make (45 minutes for a COLD bacon, egg, and cheese?!) and they even take 15 minutes to make a damn smoothie. This place is not worth your time, or your money. go to Trio's next door instead.

    Wait time unreal!

    l'd like to state that the food is very good the staff is very friendly but the wait time is unbelievable I was there about 40 to 45 minutes waiting for A Caesar salad wrap which is ridiculous considering that it's not even Meat. So if you are considering eating there make sure you place an order a half an hour at least before your arrival.

    Wish I had a time machine

    I'm very disappointed with this place. I gave it a chance despite reading bad reviews, but now I wish I could go back in time and save myself the trouble of ordering from here. I ordered a Buffalo Burger with Pepper Jack cheese and a side of cheese fries. What I received was a flat patty with two slices of unmelted American cheese slapped between two giant buns. The cheese fries looked like they were thrown in the microwave and covered with a slice of cheese. I also ordered two Iced White Mochas, but what I got was two watered down coffees with a tiny bit of vanilla syrup at the bottom. The only consolation was when we called them back to complain they replaced our food and apologized. However, it still did not make up for this irritating experience. Save yourself the trouble and don't order from here.

    I decided to try this place out after seeing how neat it was. Bad idea, my experience was terrible. I decided on a simple turkey wrap. How long does it take to make a sandwich? At Healthalicious, it takes 25 minutes and longer! I was the only customer there, yet they STILL messed up my simple order. There were too many employees and all of them were just chatting and didn't pay attention to me. Very overpriced as well, a small sandwich costs $7? If only the taste could make up for everything else, but no. The sandwich tasted like cardboard, disgusting, unappealing. I ended up throwing it out. Healthy doesn't mean killing your tastebuds. Save your money, just go to the Subway across the street.

    Down hill

    I live close by and use to eat here quiet often and loved it. The food was great and the customer service was amazing it felt good to walk in and get greeted with a smile. Then it changed for the worse. The whole staff was replace and the new people in here are very cold and impersonal. I gave this place 3 tries and I'm done trying. They mess up on my orders every time. I asked for a simple roast beef sandwich with cheese nothing else got it hot with lettuce and tomato. Also it states on the menu that the sandwich comes with coleslaw and we noticed it missing and when we asked the cashier her comment was "Well did you pay for it" I think she needs to learn the menu before she jumps down customers throats. Not only that, she never takes our order, a different employee does and we pay them when the food comes out she jumps on us again "Did you pay?!" We loved how the salads where before with the dressing tossed in, but now it seems to be an issue every time we ask for that and the manager even tried to convince use not to get it that way stating it makes it soggy. We like it mixed in and we take it home and eat it right away. Oh and one last thing I would never sit in there and eat the music they play is so load I feel like I'm at a club. Needless to say I'm done with this place three strikes and your out!

    I work at a medical office not far from this establishment and we all had such high hopes for this place. Ive never written a review for a restaurant before because never felt the need to but this is not normal. We order at least 40-50$ worth of food and each time something is wrong. Sometimes our smoothies would taste like 95% melted ice sometimes they'd change our side dishes without calling and letting us know. Sometimes they would mess up a simple thing like no lettuce on my sandwich. Besides all this they take an hour to deliver to us when we are right across the street and down the block! If their food wasnt truly delicious (when made right) i wouldnt bother ordering a second time but i did. AND they raised their prices for no reason all the time; sometimes my breakfast sandwich is 3.50 sometimes 4.50
