Great staff, not my best experience here

I recently took my brother to this place...The atmosphere and decor was wonderful....the appetizers were great, but my fish smelled awfully fishy and was totally off. I had to return it, at which time everyone had finished eating....I dont know if I would be game to go there any time soon...that aside, its normally good.

A good place that's not too pricey!

This place is good good good! The menu offers a lot of variety...which anyone should find something pleasing. We ordered the salmon to share and it was really good. I got the pargo camaguey and it was full of flavor...very yummy! This place is not too pricey and seems real authentic. If you come here and it's a nice night out, def try to make reservations to sit out on the patio...it's not too loud and has nice candlelights to make it cozy and intimate.

    not bad

came here sat. night with my girlfriend and ordered the pan seared pork and was not very impressed. I asked the waiter if it was a pork curlet or in the form of a steak and he said it was. Then when i received it, it was overcooked cubes of fatty pork that did not appeal to me at all. I pretty much ate half of my girlfriends steak which was pretty good. Sangria was good but def not worth $10/glass. Atmosphere is small and cozy but nothing special. Place is so so, steak is good, negative on the pork dish.

    Good Brunch!

Me and a few colleagues from work went down for a Sunday brunch. Our first time at a cuban place, we thought we will try it out. We all loved the food, ambience, service and the sangria! Nothing there for for pure vegetarians, although they were kind enough to rustle up a good 'paella' for one.

    Excellent

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday and lets just say it was the best birthday I've had so far. I ordered a glass of sangria, and for dinner- the suckling pork. The food was excellent and so was the sangria-also the best I've ever had. The place is a little small, but its cozy. I loved it, so I'm taking my best friend there for her pre-bachlorette party dinner.

    Pretty authentic

I'm originally from Miami but now live in NYC. My father is Cuban and I know a think or two about authentic Cuban food. This restaurant comes pretty damn close . The food was fantastic and the patio is lovely. Felt like I was back in Miami... in a good way! Highly recommend!

    Better look than taste

The place is decorated beautifully, but the food was not authentic-tasting, came out cold, and was moderately overpriced.
