The interior is elegant and glamorous, ery comfortable and well appointed. The hostesses are top notch and professional knowing their clientele. The manager takes an interest as is warm and professional. The service allows you to dine and are readily available but not on top of you nor rushing the table. Servers are well trained, polite and professional in every sense taking care of every need and even passing along diner requests to other staff including bussers. The food was amazing, delicate yet flavorful. The half portions of pasta are large and so flavorful. The drinks are innovative and a very plentiful pour. This is a dining experience worthy of getting well dressed and enjoying a night out in New York!

In pics on the Net, Harlow looks like a beautiful replica of glamorous old Hollywood in the 30s and 40s. Art deco elegance, NY classic interior. You just expect to see Carole Lombard, Cary Grant or - yes- Jean Harlow pass by. In reality, it's nothing like that. Though the interior is elegant, Harlow sadly lacks charm, athmosphere and destination. The food was bland, the service disinterested, and the whole feeling being that the place has given up. What a pity - with the right management it could have been so good

I had a blast at this restaurant. Go early and have a drink at the bar. The room is absolutely gorgeous. The food in the dining room was perfect as was the service. Compared to other restaurants in Midtown East, this spot is not expensive. Enjoy!
