    Not worth it

This place is a rip-off. My husband and I, and many others, went to Harbor Lights Restaurant on the Fourth of July because we were led to believe that we could view the fireworks here against the backdrop of the beautiful Brooklyn Bridge which they have

    Poor service

I decided to take a close friend out for dinner on his birthday, and set about on finding a restaurant with views of Olafur Eliasson's NYC Waterfalls. Harbour Lights popped up as the obvious choice, and sure enough, the view on two of the falls was perfe
