    Such a disappointment

I ordered the roasted duck with rice and an egg roll. The duck was the poorest I've ever had- The skin was greasy and I got more bone than meat. I threw most of the duck away (this was the first time I've ever thrown away food). The egg roll had a bitter taste, so I basically paid $7 for a side order of rice and soy sauce. The food is cheap, but you get what you pay for- never again.

    Fast Delivery during lunch hour

They always deliver fast during the lunch hour. Kung pao chicken + steamed broccoli chicken is good. Not a fan of the eggroll. Never been to the location; however order lunch deliveries once and a while. Staff is always friendly when I call. Been ordering from them from the past 1.5 years.

    unhappy tenement

rerouted from Tang Tang, can't really rate atmosphere, because this was delivered. Had to throw it all away, and I'm thrifty. Everything from the dumplings to the sticky, cold rice was an abomination. Do yourself a favor, and eat somewhere else! Neither I nor my roommate could eat any of it, and we got a large order.

    i'm done with this place

i'm not sure what happened. delivery used to be good, and service used to be up to par, but i've been having bad luck with happy palace. i've ordered three dishes with tofu, and each time the tofu was rank. it smelled and had a sour taste. i placed an order and the delivery took nearly 2 hours. i was dying of hunger so i asked them to cancel my order, but as soon as i stepped out of my apartment, they were there so i opted to be nice and pay for the order. this time i thought i'd skip delivery and pick up the order myself. i gave them enough time to prepare my dish, but they still made me wait because of miscommunication. not only did i wait, but they were arguing about some issue in front of me and didn't allow me to explain that i had called 30 minutes prior to the pick up time. ugh, i've lost my patience with them...i'm ordering some place else.

    not bad

i haven't had any problems with getting delivery from this place and i've been ordering for the past 3 years. its quick and cheap. The quality is better than most of the other chinese delivery but the selection is not as extensive. Probably my first choice for home alone chinese delivery.

    No probs here

I just had to rebut the bad reveiws. I have them deliver all the time and they are perfect. My lady gets the Sesame Chicken and loves that there's not a lot of breading if you ask for white meat. I get anything else and always enjoy.

    Eh

The safe thing to get from this place is the egg drop soup and maybe the singapore curry rice noodles. The guy that works there blamed me when he heard my order wrong. but try the soups. ha
