Thought I'd give it a try..
Over the years I've been getting "Happy Garden" menus slipped under my door almost once a week, so I decided to give it a try since somebody in my building obvously likes it enough to order it regularly. Everything I ordered was bland, generic-tasting, and disappointing, for the most part. The wonton meat looked and tasted like beef jerky, the pork fried rice was the same quality of what you'd expect from a mall. The shrimp with lobster sauce tasted like shrimp with water sauce, and the added fake crab meat didn't help improve the quality. With all of the good-quality chinese resaurants in Bay Ridge, it's a wonder that this place is still in business. A complete waste of money.
