It's really Mexicanese (Mexican food made by Chinese people). Tastes fine, delivers fast and is about as cheap as Taco Bell but tastier and less processed.

Cheap, but the burrito has fallen apart on me every time I've ordered it.
Stay away from the fresh garden salad unless you like shredded iceberg lettuce.
