Food is very average but the next closest Chinese restaurant is even worse, so I go here despite it being quite ordinary. It's just convenient. If you're willing to schlep a few blocks you can find better. Also, as others have noted, the customer service is really bad. They just don't know how to talk to people. They treat people like they could care less whether they come there or not. The service is abominable. If I didn't live across the street from Happy Family I wouldn't patronize this place. Would love to hear from someone who's found a better alternative in our neighborhood.

We eat here often, because it is so good, and the service is wonderful!

I eat there a lot, but i hate the cust. serv. given to me...The guy that takes payments, is very rude all the time. The girl is more reasonable to work with. So if you want good food go to Happy Family, if you want goos Cust. Serv. and someone that would treat you like a cust, then go somewhere else...I just go for food so thats why i continue to go

The food is excellent! I love their dumplings with their special sauce, and their beef and broccoli, probably the best I've had. I just went recently to pick up my order and apparently they got an A on their health inspection, which I can understand considering their atmosphere is good. Their decor is really cute with the wood panels and their lighting. Their Japanese menu is quite delicious too! I highly recommend this place.

I order off the diet menu. Their steamed dishes are standard (it's hard to mess that up), however their brown rice is the best I've had anywhere. It has the consistency and slight sweetness of sticky white rice. It's fantastic.

The food was delicious. I did not mind that the tip was included bc I do not always have cash on me so using my card is always easier. The delivery man did not speak english so I just picked up the food and kept walking. The food is really good though. Chicken Lo Mein. :) Also it is not too expensive. If your order is 8 with the 2 dollar tip there your minimum :)

The food is good if you stick to the more authentic Chinese cuisine. An as a person of Chinese heritage, I can appreciate that. The more Americanized-Chinese food isn't the best of it's kind. I do like this restaurant better than other Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood and THEY ARE FAST! And the ingredients are fresh. Having said that, the women on the phone can give you the rudest attitude and tongue-lashing on a whim. And although the delivery guys can be nice, see what happens if your tip is just under 2 bucks even if you live around the corner! More attitude!
