Tasty Sweet Potato Rolls
We had a good time at Hane's today. The food was presented quite well, and was very delicious. Highly recommended.

One of the first and best in Murray Hill
They have been here more than seven years, as I know, before Murray Hill is filled with Japanese restaurants. My favorite hanging out place, both lunch and dinner, since the food is great, with the friendliest service I ever got around NYC, this place sure won my heart. Best value lunch and dinner with three course meal of your choice for $12.95 and $24.95 respectively.

great place
we French are rather excited about asian fusion food and sushi bars; this restaurant has a special and friendly ambiance. the fusion sushioi were great. wish we had the same quality in france, sushi restaurants are run by chinese trying to renew their customers. and the result is poor. hane sushi is the best in our memories in NYC.

Good food, but they are dishonorable
I did a take out order, and while I was waiting asked for a glass of water, specifically asking them to make it tap water, and not bottled water. So the server took out intentionally a bottle of Poland Spring, and tried to charge me for it. If I had not been paying attention, I would have had to pay for it. I then had to wait as she had to ask her manager to take out the water. I feel this is dishonorable, especially as they were speaking Chinese and I am Chinese. If they are willing to screw over their own, I'm sorry but this does not speak well to their character.

We come all the way from Queens!
This is by far our favorite sushi restaurant. We eat here at least once a week. Their beef negimaki appetizer is so good, it's beyond words. And the shrimp tempura rolls.... I drool just thinking of them. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is great - low lighting and not too loud.
