Best sushi in the neborhood
Hane has a great selection of japinease fusion food, i mean great. The service is quick, with a nice atmosphere (a little tackie but still nice). the price is pretty good, especially for the quality. overall the place is just great!

2 for 1 drinks
cannot be missed. Makes dinner very reasonable. on a side note..Spicy tuna tartar appetizer is delicious. but a tad overpriced

The food is good because they make you wait so long
I have come here 3 times now, group size ranging from 3-8. And each time I wonder why I bothered to give them another chance. Food wise, I think it's a pretty decent place. And I would love to treat this as a regular place to get my Japanese food fix...I can't even focus on the food because of their service. Every time I walk in, the restaurant is barely half full, but I've always waited at least 10 minutes for water to get to the table, another 20 minutes for the order to be taken, another 45 minutes for our appetizers to come- and not even all at the same time. Add another 30 minutes on top of the 1 hour and 15 minutes we've already been waiting to receive our actual entrees- Again- not all at the same time. Twice they have gotten an order wrong- with no apologies or attempt to correct the situation After hungrily scarfing down our food, we wait for another 45 minutes to get our check.

Great food decent price best place in hood
I order from the place about once a week, when i eat in the service is great. Great food both sushi and dishes, only problem is that like 1 in 50 orders is slightly wrong, but they resolve it quickly.

Good service, 2-for-1 drinks
The staff at Hane is friendly and attentive. The fish is fresh, and 2-for-1 drink special gets you a good buzz while keeping the bill down. Can get crowded on the weekends.

Very good sushi for the price
The service was excellent, drinks are always 2 for 1, and the sushi is the freshest i have had in nyc for that price. Max, the previous reviewer, doesn't know what he's talking about. The special roll is twice the size of the regular roll and there's a lot of fish per piece. The food is very good and the prices are low. I highly recommend.
