Not recommended
Placed a take out order. Pork Fried Rice was dry with tiny pieces of brown colored pork that looked a week old. Shrimp and Broccoli also had several other vegetables that they failed to mention when ordering. Broccoli was limp as with the other items in this order, was not fresh showing signs of discoloration. The Shrimp Chow Fun was tasteless and displayed other items/vegs that were not fresh. I must assume that when eating at the resturant, you are given fresh food otherwise everyone would walk out.

Quiet and Delicious
We went for dinner on a Friday night and it wasn't very busy, so we were able to enjoy ourselves a little more. The waitress was very nice and helpful. We were also surprised by the range of meals available. You can easily spend less than ten dollars and still get a great meal or you could spend more and get some more unordinary foods that are really good. There is also a bar if you just want to hang out with your friends

Best Sushi deals in the financial district
$3-$4/rolls is a steal for sushi in the city. The food portions are also pretty big and can be shared by 2 people. they have a really big selection of chinese/japanese dishes. I highly recommend bc of the prices.

Not for eating in!
If you work in the Financial District, Hana is the best Chinese delivery food. The general tso's is crispy, all white meat, and no they don't have a 5 dollar lunch menu that you usually expect from Chinese fast food. Last nite, I decided to have dinner there. Big mistake. It's in the basement and doesn't look too bad at first sight. It was a bad sign that we were the only customers. But service is typical Chinese, the waitress is not exactly forthcoming or helpful, and I had to flag the waitress down for water the entire meal. (I did have 3 glasses of water, the food was a bit salty) Basically, once you order, she's done with you. I'm normally a 20~25% tipper in the evening, but I barely gave her 20%. (and only that becuz we'd been sitting there for a couple of hours) I had half of my meal to go, and one of the reasons I love them is because when you order delivery they compartmentalize the food in a nice plastic container with separate partitions for rice, meat, eggroll. However, the waitress just threw my leftovers (rice, meat, pepper oil) all together in a hamburger container (you know those styrofoam containers) and in a plastic bag. 5 minutes walking the sauce leaked out, and stunk up the subway ride. I got home, it's a mess, and the plastic bag (thank god it didn't have a hole) was just full of gunky sauce, and the some chunks of rice, meat, and oil had slipped out from the container. (since those things don't really close, just has a slot that you slip the tab in to close it) I would have to say, given that it is the most decent chinese in the financial district that I have yet to find, I will continue ordering during lunch time but will never go back there to eat. There's no excuse for poor service on a 6 pm Friday night when the entire place is empty except for two customers.

Awesome
General Tso's chicken is great. They use all white meat real chunks of chicken. Everything I have tried off their Chinese menu has been delicious

Subpar Chinese food.
We didn't expect Mr. Chow, but with good reviews and $$$ sign, we were hoping for a decent meal. We ordered "the works" for 7 people - variety of appetizers, soups, and entries. What an embarassement! The only ok items were hot&sour soup and egg roll. Every other item was so badly prepared, soggy, bland, swimming in souse, that we ended not eating most of it and had make with a velvet cake from Amish Market. I love Chinese food, ate all over NYC including $2.95 bowls in Chinatown, and this is the worst I have ever had.

We love Hana
Friendly order taking, reasonable prices, fast delivery and awesome food make this our favorite chinese place in the financial district. The lightly-breaded all-white -meat General Tso's chicken is the best i've ever had.
