There food is always amazing and its really clean.

I always enjoy coming here! especially for the rock shrimp & bubble tea. It's nothing fancy, just a good bite.

I ordered shrimp teriyaki and took home what I couldn't finish. When I went to eat my leftover food it was chicken instead of shrimp, and I was told there was nothing they could do for me because my bill was already paid. I think thats wrong because I was given someone elses food and thats not what was originally paid for. I will not go there again if customer service isn't first for them. It wasn't my fault that I was given the wrong food and trust me I will be telling my friends not to go to this resturant, because they are not fair to their customers.

This is my first time eating at Hana Japanese Bistro. I had originally expected it to be just a regular take out restaurant but when I walked in, I was amazed at how beautiful it is. The restaurant was big and had the perfect lighting for a great dinner. The food was excellent and the service was great! I can't wait to go back there and have yet another perfect dinner.

I've been eating there for a while, the food is really great and tastes great! Salad are delicious! However, the service could be a lot better. The atmosphere is beautiful! The waiters act like they don't care and don't really say thank you when you give a generous tip. But on the other hand, a restaurant is supposed to have great food and that's what they have! I would definately come back!

The atmosphere is great, classy but not stuck up. The food is tasty and presentation is 5-star quality, the only problem is the service. I have been to this restuarant atleast 5 times and each time i get waiters who make mistakes, dont say hello or thank you, and generally act like they wish they were somewhere else. You dont notice it too much if you are with a group of freinds but it is something that takes away from the whole experiance.

Food is very good.
