I enjoy my job and training I do to help my co~workers do as well as I do there's a lot the guest that call really don't understand although the responsibility falls on me because I am the leader of delivery there are others that I have to allow learn what I know. When there is items missing I try my best to get the items out I try my hardest and this is a new experience for me I carry a positive attitude and as our second but my first as delivery leader soup season begins I'm pushing myself harder each day, I'm motivating my team so that all guest are satisfied with the delivery experience. My apologizes to all guest who felt they weren't happy with the 29th street delivery.

We try to be healthy at our office, and Hale & Hearty has a nice variety of low fat soups. Also, they have great soups that are fatty and delicious. Anyways, it's more filling than you'd expect, and you should definitely get the crackers (included in soup purchase). But the service on the phone is poor. The other day, they forgot to bring spoons, so I had to wait (after 50 minutes waiting for the delivery to come three blocks from their location) to bring spoons (another 40 minutes). I told her my soup was cold, and she ignored that completely. I thought she would have the delivery guy bring more soup. Guess not, Patrice. Anyways, I called today. I ordered, and then had her repeat it to me to assure it was correct. Annoying, I know. But whatever, stuff gets messed up all the time. So she repeats it and forgets one of our diet pepsis. I said we had two, not one, to which she responded, "you did not tell me two. you told me one. if you had said two i would've put two." Couldn't you have just put that on there without the snotty-ness? I mean, I work a menial job too, but come on. Oh well. Oh, and this all happened an hour ago and my food is still not here. I'm still THREE BLOCKS AWAY.
