Overcharged too many times
I have worked in this neighborhood for a long time and am a soup lover, but I have been overcharged by Hale and Hearty too many times. The price you get charged at the register is consistently 75 cents to $1 more than they post on the wall. I have inquired about this several times, but who has time in their busy day to go back to the register and get a refund. So I have finally had my last Hale and Hearty soup today. There are many more places in the neighborhood that are as good.
