Domaine Aline Et Remy Simon - Auxerrois Vieilles Vignes 2008 this auxerrois, a typical grape of alsace, is tender and delicate, combining freshness and flexibility to represent a happy medium in the range of alsatian wines, and agrees with most dishes including seafood, eggs, asparagus, poultry, and fresh cheeses.   10.00


L'Elegant Escargot - Le Cep Fruite this is a fruity, light pinot noir wine with terrific body and light cherry flavor. it is produced by a small, family run vineyard located in the heart of burgundy, france. the value for this wine is incredible. this is a private label wine which can’t be found anywhere else!!   6.00
Domaine De Gravanel, Schistes 2006 small artisanal wine by a retired lawyer, near pezenas, in the languedoc region of france. grapes are all hand picked, small production and will have organic certification by next year. the wine was mentioned in the hachette wine guide (2007-2009) and grand guide des vins de france (bettane and desseauve 2008-09). maturation is long in stainless steel tanks, and the terroir is exceptional because of mineral quality of the soil layered with volcano basalt and shale (shistes means shale in french). the wine is fruity, yet invokes great complexity due to the mineral content of the terroir.   9.00
