great new place, hope it lasts a long time
Love this place - have been there twice, and both times it was excellent - the first time the wasabi in the sushi rolls popped on the spicy side so be careful! But a foodie friend and my husband both enjoyed their meals - it MIGHT be byo so best to call first - the owner is really nice and I hope this place succeeds. Check out the bathroom decor which they left from the prior restaurant (Chip Chop) and it works - very funky especially in a nicely decorated sushi place

The best classic and fusion dishes I have found in the area.
I have eaten in and taken out and both times the presentation and quality was super. The staff also very courteous and professional.

Very happy
Nice, clean and fresh fish! Besides the fact that the AC was blasting and I froze during dinner, everything else was great! I was especially happy with the food. Definitely worth checking out!

best sushi in town
I eat sushi 3 times a week, And this place has been my only place to go, since the first time I've tried their sashimi deluxe. The fish is so fresh, and price was very reasonable. I've used lived in japan for 3 years, and have not able to find a real sushi restaurant to eat in carroll garden. its few min drive from my house, but its well deserved.

i've never had sushi in pesto flavor, its was really different!
