Excellent Restaurant
Visited here on 15th Feb 2013 and cannot fault this restaurant. The food was amazing and served in very filling portions. The resaturant is very clean and exceptionally decorated with guitars and music memorabilia. The staff were extremely attentive and very knowledegable about the various hearty dishes on the menu. This place has a great atmosphere and that coupled with all the above means that I'll definitely eat here again.

Tourist Trap
Low quality food, frozen and bland with the same sugary sauce on everything. A 13 dollar PB&J for the kids!

Poor in every way.
We had lunch recently and found the food to be terrible and overpriced. And what are "natural cut fries?" I guess just deep fried potatos, just like McDonalds or Burger King sells. The portions were meager. We didn't enjoy our food and found the menu to be unhealthy and fast-foodistyle. This joint will have a tough time in New York City, where food that's not high quality doesn't survive.

Famous Name, Chilis Quality Food
I decided to check this place out for lunch today and found the food to be comparable to what you get at Chilis or Applebees. Now, that's not horrible, but for the price they charges, it's a bit much. The wings were not meaty enough and the sauce was average. My shrimp po boy came on a rubbery roll with too much shredded lettuce and unripe tomatoes. The fries were pretty good and the service/atmosphere was nice enough. But, there are better options for the cost, even in Times Square.

Where's the beef?
On route to ShakeShack to score a hamburger, my wife and I opted to try the newly opened Guy Fiore's digs. We were seated in a booth opposite the bar where noise level was acceptable. We both ordered Guy's Big Bite Burger. The meat patty was meager at best, but the toppings of cheese, pickle, onion, and slaw were very tasty. Again, where's the beef? At $13.95 including very good fries, I would expected a bit more beef for the buck. If we had opted for dessert & coffee, our bill would have more than doubled. Would we go back? I don't think so!
