    Service with a Smile

I won't be cynical and will assume that the folks here who've made such dramatic denunciation of the food, simply have sophisticated pallets that render the delicious Chinese food I enjoy weekly from Guo's Garden is actually a result of a LACK of taste on my part. Failing that, I'd have to conclude that they might just be creepy! My experience with Guo's (now five years and hundreds of orders old...) has been uniformly positive, I am all over the menu and like almost all of the choices I've made. They are helpful, attentive, know me and my preferences BEFORE I get through, saving me time and effort, free drink saves me scratch and the chow is way Mein. The delivery men are all uniformly fast and friendly. I dig it.

    spring rolls are good

they have large shrimp nestled inside. particularly good if you're running errands, pop in for half a minute and get them fresh. good for what you know you're getting

    Good takeout

I don't know why the negative reviews I personally quite like this place! They're nice, they're fast, and they respond to requests really well. I do only order veggie stuff, so many the meat they make isn't as good. But their general tso's tofu yum.

    subpar chinese

I am pretty low maintenance when it comes to chinese food, or any food for that matter. Never will you find food left on my plate but this food was absolutely subpar. Lo mein was bland as can be and chicken tasted like it wasn't even meat.

Best Delivery Chinese Food on UES

I am very picky and make lots of special requests and this place works with me every time, without issue. The employees are always friendly. The service is always prompt and my orders are always correct. The food is great and delivery is quick. I recommend!!

    BLAHHHHH

Sometimes you convince yourself to keep ordering from the spot that has the dinner special no matter what the food tastes like. Despite the price, I can't take it anymore. Really inedible.

    Tasteless take-out

If you're hungry and want quantity over quality, this is your place. I picked up a boneless spare ribs lunch and it was utterly tasteless, had the texture of cardboard and had a very red scary color (what do they put in it?). Cheap and fast, that's what they're all about.
