Poor service
Too many loud people, from the hostess to the bust boy everyone has a terrible, unprofessional attitude. I would NOT recommend to my friends

Awesome place
I just moved up-here and when I found this place I was absolutely stunned when tasted the food.. I order from there every night now!

Good food, poor service
Nice restaurant, moody staff. Everyone from the hostess to the waiters and waitresses, bartenders & busboys have a huge attitude problem. The drinks are ok & the food is good.

Great place for a good time!
This resturant is wonderful. The atmosphere is livley and fun. The drinks are delicious and with a 2 for 1 happy hour you cant go wrong. The guacamole is always fresh and the churasco is some of the best i've ever had. Guadalupe is a great resturant and a prime location if you want to have a good time. I HIGHLY recommend it!! While sometimes the hostess can look kind of bored the servers are always attentive and they work at a steady but fervrent pace. If you do have the chance try to go when there is live music, it will surely not dissapoint.

Possibly the worst service in town!
From the minute we arrived there we were greeted with a rude hostess. So we weren't surprised by what followed the rest of the night. Our waiter was cocky, rude, inattentive, and slow. He took a long time to bring us our food, never came back to check on us after we got the meal. It was a hassle to get him to come to our table and when he did he had on a face as if to say we were bothering him. As if all that wasn't enough, the busboys were sent every 2 minutes to clear our table, taking half full glasses away and napkins from our hands. Not to mention they wiped the table with us still sitting there. I have to admit that towards the end of our meal we felt rushed and unwelcome. They were sooo eager to clear the table and kick us out to seat the people that were waiting for a table. What bothered me the most was that our rude waiter got his 20% gratuity INCLUDED in the check.. They have the potential of being a really good restaurant since the food is pretty good. But they need MAJOR work on customer service. To say the least. I don't see myself coming back here anytime soon. What a disappointment Guadalupe!!
