    3 strikes and you're out

Soggy fries, dried out hamburger bun, dirty table. Topped off by phoning it in in the service. Won't be back.

    Work on the 'tude ladies

I've lived in Chelsea for 15 years and came here when it was Maroons. Super excited when the place turned to a Grey Dog as I love the one on University. Good food, great atmosphere and pretty spacious-I love to come off hours. But the service needs work. Some of the ladies behave as if they are too good to be doing what they're doing in the job - serving customers. Emphasis on serving. We know, blondie - you are every guy's dream girl, you rock it out in a band and will hit it big as an actress some day. Until you do, however, a bit of respect for your paying customers would be a good idea. So cool it with the sighing and huffing while you march around with a notebook. We get it. You're busy doing next week's schedule. And P.S. When you seat a guest next to the employee table, please refrain from talking about your menstrual cycle.

    Love this place

This place may be a little pricey but I think it is worth it every now and then. My bf and I go here about once a month or so and we love to bring out of town guests here too. You order at the counter, grab your napkins and waters and find a table and then they will bring you your food. My favs are the Seared Tuna & Avocado Tacos, Veggie Press and the Turkey Brie and Apple sandwich. My bf loves the french press, and the tuna tacos too. We have not tried the breakfast out yet but am hoping to one day.

    Go to a real diner

Overpriced, insufferably smug and...did I mention overpriced? This is the kind of place 20-30somethings with too much coin from their mommy and daddy go waste the money on. If it were good enough that would be one thing, and it was good for bit when this branch opened, but those days are gone. I had a mealy breakfast quesadilla recently, they cannot even get that right. Forget it go elsewhere.

    Subpar

Went for lunch and ordered turkey burger. Came out pasty looking--sort of bland mush. My guest's salad did not come out at all, as the woman at the counter claimed we never ordered it. Our table was not clean. We quickly went elsewhere and I won't be back...ever.

    So relaxing

I came here for lunch last week, ordered a chicken club on challah and pecan pie, and ended up staying hours just reading and people watching. It's incredibly spacious, so you don't feel pressured to give up your table, and the overall atmosphere is really chill. The club was really good, but I paid extra for a side salad instead of chips that was pretty mediocre. The pie was HUGE. Big enough to feed 2 or 3 people-the kind of portion I'd serve myself if I were having a really crappy day. The service was quick and friendly, the only thing I really didn't love was the fact that you had to get up to get napkins, water, etc. and that my lunch (with tip) came to about $22. Still, I'm planning on coming back again and again.

    umm

The bottom of a coffee pot + tastless milk froth on top does not a cappuccino make.
