If you are picky like I am try this for good health food!
I do take my health food serious, and this place is flat out excellent. I always feel good after eating here. The sandwiches and wraps are superb and the salads nothing short of excellent. The staff is friendly and prompt and the delivery always timely. Highly recommended healthy clean option.

Very good but watch out!
I just read about this place, and decided to check it out. I must say that the food was pretty good, not outstanding, but very good. Word to the wise: They don't do a good job of keeping the meat dishes apart from the veggies. I must have been looking at the wrong label; I thought I was getting tofu salad but ended up with chicken salad. I discovered this when I bit into it. I recommend this place but, again, they should keep the meat and veggie dishes a bit more separate....just one man's opinion

Green Symphony is an oasis in the the midst of the over fried over salted garbage pile that passes for lunch in midtown. Thank you for providing delicious healthy vegetarian food and drinks!

Health Food in Midtown!!!
I'm vegan, mostly raw, and could never find anywhere to eat lunch or get a juice in midtown that wasn't trendy and/or overpriced. This place is incredible! It feels like my neighborhood health food store and is well stocked with beverages, natural energy bars, sandwiches, a full juice bar, and an incredible salad bar with hot and cold dishes like quinoa, kale salad, avocado and tomato salad, and ethnic dishes. They even have homemade baked goods at the counter, some gluten-free. I just ate my first lunch here and the salad bar items were fresh and delicious, the staff friendly. and the prices extremely reasonable. If everything was organic this place would be perfect. The best choice in midtown BY FAR!
