Great Food!
Went with a co-worker and we both agreed that the salad was as fresh as can be. The service was good. The food in the buffet section was good as well. We will definitely take a trip there again!

BEST MIDTOWN DELI
These people get it right! Good food at fair prices in a clean, pleasant atmosphere. They also offer somethings you don't find at the standard deli. I go here at least 3 times/week. I work right off Times Square, so I have my choice of delis, and Green Pea is it!

best lunch/breakfast deli around
i love that you can go here at breakfast time but get a lunch sandwich. The cook is amazing - don't know how he can keep everything straight. I've never had an order messed up. If you can stand the heat during the summertime, eat upstairs near the windows. This deli really gets it right - quick, cheap and good food

Absolutely wonderful deli
I work at the bank across the street and I frequent Green Pea at least 3 times a week. The food is delicious and the people that work there have wonderful attitudes. It's also a pleasure to have a spot where you can sit and eat in peace. I love this deli!

Good food, great value
This is probably one of the best value deli's we visited during our stay in NY. The sandwiches and salads were just spot-on. Don't expect the behemoth sized sandwiches served in places like the Carnegie (which do not represent value in any shape of form because they're just too big). These are of normal proportions and are filled with fresh, tasty food. This applies equally to the salads. Definitely worth a stop-off if you're visiting the Empire State Building.

Awesome Deli
Green Pea has a wide variety of snacks (like imported German chocolates), drinks, fresh sandwiches, salad bar etc. I prefer Green Pea's food over any of the restaurants that deliver around this area. I love their fresh BLT and the salad bar is great at noon, and ok in the evening. The food is truly awesome for a deli.

Love green pea
This is my deli of choice in midtown - clean, efficient, and the sandwiches are awesome - they defintely have a great range of diverging from the usual ham and cheese norm. Their Cheeseburger Deluxe is a good comfort food fix for those dreary Mondays... Prices are great, the hot and cold salad bar is decent. Make-your-own salad bar is generous and cheap esp. when you compare to all others in the are. My only disappointment has been in the soups. Bottom line: They are fast, food's good - what else can you ask for in takeout lunch?
