Most dishes, while a bit bland, are quite good. I particularly like the veggie burger. The service is usually poor, and prices have been raised recently. As a result of the price increase, the value is not very good.

Love the healthy options and the wide variety. The service isn't great, but the food more than makes up for it!

Was excited to try this place b/c of it's vast and healthy food choices. The food was disappointing, very bland. My main complaint is that the waitress was rude; reaching over us, throwing the check across the table before we were close to done, never came back after check was at the table, short with us and refused to answer questions. Also, be advised, though it is posted nowhere, they do not take anything but cash! I only had a card and eventually they brought out a card swiper, but only after demanding I leave my i.d. and go to an ATM (which I refused to do).

I think this is the best gourmet "fast-food" place in the city. Wonderful sandwiches and pastas---I give it an A+!

The food's so-so, the service is abysmal, the clientele are usually talking loudly to each other or loudly into their cellphones, and the restaurant itself never looks particularly clean. My in-laws love this place for some reason, but I always seem to be unimpressed after I eat there. Skip it.

This is not a bad choice for an informal meal, but its better if you go off peak hours. Food's pretty good, but the atmosphere is tight. The service is pretty bad all around. I especailly find a couple of the guys at the salad bar to be pretty rude.

Food is good, but service STINKS. I'd expect more from a place that charges that much for their food. They are so busy, they are not concerned about "making it right" for the customer even if they have made the mistake.
