Tried Graziella's for dinner on a Friday night recently. The place was fairly empty, but service was pretty slow. The roof deck, which could be amazing and gorgeous, looks like an unfinished construction project. Don't know why they decided to water the hanging plants DURING dinner service, as it was quite annoying to have plant water dripping on us. The menu is heavy on the cream sauces, so there's not much in the way of lighter fare. Also it's a bit pricey for the quality of food. A plate of mediocre pasta shouldn't cost $14. Overall, the food was not bad, acceptable even, but not outstanding by any stretch. The ambiance is what's most off-putting. I felt like I had been transported, back in time to the 80s, and to some distant suburb where pedestrian Italian-American fare is all that's available as far as "Italian" food. But I've had the enormous pleasure of dining throughout Italy and never once encountered heavy, creamy, oily pasta. So, for the unsophisticated palate Graziella's is decent. Foodies might want to skip it.

The food here is fantastic. It is one of the few places worth eating at in the neighborhood. I am not sure what all the complaints are about.. I never write reviews but had to weigh in because I love the food here. I never tried the pizza the pasta dishes keep me coming back.

I ordered delivery when I was home sick with a guy there on the phone and everything was fine until the food never came, so I called to find out the problem. Then they told me i never ordered, and after arguing they admitted that they found my order but they weren't delivering it because I was too far for them to deliver past 8. I ordered at 8:30 and they said nothing. I would have understood if they called me back andcancelled the order, but instead they let me just wait for food that was never going to come! they didnt ever apologize.

Wow! I can't believe how incompetent a staff can be. I ordered a large pie for the table and drinks. The pie was underdone and the drinks were wrong. Maybe they have been expecting the St. Josephs and Pratt crowd back but it still isn't worth it.

Unpleasant service for okay food. The manager and his crew clearly do not understand they are in the Services industry, and they hungrily expect a tip after dismal performance. A shame. For the food, try the onion margherita; stay away from the entrees and the coffee.

I've been eating here for 4 years + and have always had a great experience. I will agree that the atmosphere for dine-in is not awesome, very family oriented and bright lights. However, I probably order delivery from them 2-3 times a month and have always had the best results. Easy ordering, FAST 30 min delivery and hot, delicious food. The pizza is amazing. As is the gnocchi and lasagna. I can only imagine that all of the people complaining here are all of the same high-maintenance, 'artistic' crowds I deal with at my place of employment in the neighborhood. Impossible to please. Order tonight from G's....you won't be sorry!

This place is amazing. The food is very good and very affordable! The portions are huge so I recommend splitting a salad and a pizza or a salad and an entree with one or two people. For pizza pick your favorite and for entrees the lasagna and rosemary chicken are great!! However, not a great delivery spot. My experience dining in has been much much better!
