    Don't Order over the Phone

The pizza is pretty good, but they make you hold for about 15 minutes before before waiting another hour for your pizza #comeonman

    Garlic Bread with Mozzarella!

I have ordered from here for the past few years and do really like it. It isn't cheap, but the food is good. The garlic bread with mozzarella is really good, the lasagna and baked ziti are great too. The delivery time is usually an hour, so if you expect it, then you will be fine.

    Grandpa's Cheeseburger Deluxe Bliss!!

OK. I have been to numerous restaurants, and diners, but never had the most delicious cheesburger deluxe that i had from Grandpa's in inwood. I have to tell you. I have been a resident here for the last year, and just started ordering from this place. Number one, the girl that answers the phone is very polite. Secondly their fries are to die for. Very happy everytime i order from this establishment.

    Fantastic takeout...

...if you ignore the attitude of woman taking your order who is so difficult I have to ask for the manager every time I want to do something unconventional-like request the addition of mushrooms to a pasta order. If you can ignore her, this place is the best in the hood.

    Great food but expensive

This place has very good food but its expensive. I ordered a small buffalo wings and a small salad and my order came out to like almost 20 dollars. Another day I ordered just a chicken parmigiana sandwich and it was 10 dollars. Must say it was the best chicken parmigiana sandwich i have ever tasted though and huge one too. the service isn't all that good, they charged for a bottle of water i asked for but I didn't receive it in my order. overall the food is far the best i tasted. thumps up for this restaurants.

    Good pizza, bad phone order

Pizza was the best I've had in Inwood/Washington Heights; however, the order was almost completely wrong. I ordered a 16" pizza with prosciutto and artichokes and received an 18" with artichokes only. I was charged for the larger pizza with full toppings. Wish they could have just listened and I would have been satisfied

    Wow

Ordered almost 85 dollars worth of food. Chicken Cesar salad ended up being a house salad, pasta had hardly any sauce on it. They sent 2 packs of utensils when we ordered so much food. Never ordering from there again. Sorry!
