The staff is amazingly friendly when I'm placing orders on the phone, and they're fast and worth the money. I've only been in the actual deli once or twice, but the layout is great, it's clean, easy to walk through, small but cozy. This place is great. I LOVE them!

On behalf of everyone here at the Sam Brocato Salon, I would like to award Grand Street Deli with the title of BEST DELI IN TOWN. The service is incredible, the food delicious and so affordable. We order at least once a day, and sometimes (especially on Saturdays) five or more times just to get our fix. Anyone in the Soho/Tribeca area is missing out if you haven't taken advantage of this quality establishment!

I have been orderin at grand street deli almost everyday n the service is great,the food is good and i like the way the employees there take care of their customers i like the fact that they don't treat you like a customer they treat you like a good friend and greet you like if they already know you. Grand street deli is the best in town!

I've ordered from these folks everyday for over a year. The service is fast and reliable. The food is better than average deli food. This is a deli that stands above others in the hood.

I have ordered from Grand Street for 4 years. More recently, I ordered breakfast and was given something totally different from what I asked. I was not only met with pride from the owner, indicating that it was my fault and that I mistakenly communicated the order, but had to request repeatedly since they did not want to do the food over, a refund. In the past I have ordered an item and since I've ordered it pretty much the same day, everyday, if that item was not available, they sent something else (which I didn't request) instead. Their service from time to time is good. However, it would seem from this more recent experience that an appreciation for customers seems to be lacking..
